Theresa LaBranche, MBA, MS PA-C

CEO, Partner, Master Injector

Master injector — all facial fillers and neurotoxins for both cosmetic and medical conditions over 15 years. Certified PDO thread lift, Coolsculpt, various treatments for intimate health as well as unwanted fat. She’s experienced with ethnic and occupational preferences and is a master at restoring your youthful appearance with a natural, age-appropriate look.

Theresa was trained by international expert Dr. John Leonardo on Growtox™ and P-Fill™ (penisfill) male girth enhancement. Her time with Dr. Leonardo — a renowned pioneer in male intimate health – included one-on-one exclusive training on live models. She was also trained in person with Dr. Charles Runels,  the father of PRP and founder of P shot, O shot, Vampire breast lift, Vampire facelift, Vampire facial, Vampire hair restoration and key contributor to Wing lift, labial rejuvenation.   Theresa is a member of the Cellular Medicine Association and follows the strict clinical guidelines and only uses FDA approved centrifuges for maximal viable platelet yields.

Theresa is an artist at highlighting and augmenting your genetic assets. She specializes in facial asymmetry, helping facial trauma patients, and is sought after for dramatic results from cosplay artists, the film industry, and entertainers. Theresa trained numerous injectors here and abroad. Theresa has a deep clinical knowledge and has managed a multitude of listed and unlisted reactions, and complications of facial and body aesthetics.

Theresa grew up in Oakland Township, graduated from Rochester Adams High School, and is an alumnus of the University of Michigan, and the University of Detroit. She enjoys the outdoors and has expansive perennial gardens. She likes to ride her bicycle, and learned to Kayak in Lake Superior!

Hi! I’m Lauren! I graduated from Alma College with my Bachelor’s of Science in Nursing and I’m AMET certified in cosmetic injections and fillers. Making people feel good about themselves is like a superpower to me, and I thrive on seeing clients glowing with newfound confidence from the services I provide. Nothing is more beautiful than confidence, and if I can help boost yours, I couldn’t be happier!

Here are some fun facts about me: my favorite musical artist is Luke Combs; I’ve been to Japan 3 times; I can flare my nostrils; I’ve always wanted a potbelly pig as a pet; and I am a really good baker — I have even won a cupcake competition!

Dr. Zmily, MD

Medical Director,
Interventional Cardiologist

Dr. Zmily is a Board Certified Interventional Cardiologist and the Medical Director at Front Door MedSpa®. He provides cardiac and vascular care including varicose vein treatments at Front Door MedSpa® and 3 other locations in Detroit, Taylor and Troy.

Dr. Zmily earned his medical degree and completed his internship at the Detroit Medical Center of Wayne State University. Looking to further his knowledge and skills to help others, he completed a cardiology fellowship and interventional cardiology training at Detroit Medical Center.

Dr. Zmily stays up to date with the latest advances in cardiology as a member of both the American Heart Association and the American College of Cardiology. As a skilled Cardiologist, he assists many patients dealing with a wide variety of cardiovascular issues. By taking the time to speak with each patient and hear their concerns, Dr. Zmily ensures that they receive the treatment they need to optimize their health.

Patients that require extensive treatments, such as cardiac catherization, vascular interventions, carotid stenting or venous ablations, can feel at ease with Dr. Zmily, who specializes in performing these procedures.

Abigail

Licensed Esthetician

Abigail is a licensed esthetician and additionally completed training at Elevate Salon Institute in Royal Oak. Since then, she has pursued further training and been certified in  Allergan Diamond Glow Facials, Emsculpt Neo, Keralase, CoolSculpt Elite, Excel V, Lutronic UltraGlo, and more! She is also a certified medical assistant and phlebotomist. Abigail was inspired to become an esthetician after dealing with her own skin concerns. Because of this, she is incredibly passionate about the services she provides. She loves creating comprehensive treatment plans for patients to really meet their needs.

Abigail grew up out of state, but she has lived in Metro Detroit for the last 10 years. Outside of work, she spends a lot of time reading up on the newest and best skincare ingredients and techniques. She also enjoys kayaking near Port Austin and Harbor Beach, listening to true crime podcasts, and spending time with her friends and family.

Marina

Success Manager

Marina joined Front Door Medspa after being at another franchise spa for a year. She enjoys Front Door Medspa’s boutique atmosphere with personalized medical and spa treatments. Marina is a Success Manager and is thrilled to be learning clinical skills, as she is only a few years away from being an RN!

Marina is an expert in customer service and has a knack for making tic tok videos fun! Marina enjoys snowboarding, shopping (duh), volleyball and family. Marina is fluent in Arabic!
